Our Values:
Win Relentlessly
We are hard working and resilient, even when things get tough. We move fast, adapt fast and outwork the market. We are not satisfied with “good enough.” We help our merchants win and we expect our team to raise the bar every day.
Own the Outcome
You are dependable. No excuses. No hand holding. You own results, good or bad. You follow through and deliver. When something breaks, you fix it.
Be Humbly Confident
Direct but respectful. No drama. No politics. No BS. We speak up when something does not add up. We take feedback, admit mistakes and keep improving. We win together.
