Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Bilingual Tier 1 Support/ Dispatch Specialist to provide excellent customer service in both English and French. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience. Dispatch experience is an asset.
Duties
- Enter new accounts into our system accurately and efficiently.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide solutions in both English and French.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and spoken).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
