In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. Your contributions will be vital in delivering an unforgettable Pizza experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are captured.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining area.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register with accuracy.
- Promote menu items through upselling techniques to enhance guest experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
