POSITION: Aerospace Manufacturing Estimator (CNC & Fabrication)
LOCATION: In-Office, 301 Millway Ave., Concord ON.
WAGE: $33.00 to 38.00 per hour, depending on experience.

As our Estimator, you turn drawings, data, and specifications into clear, reliable pricing that supports fast responses, competitive positioning, and confident customer decisions.

What You’ll Do:
- Review RFQs, drawings, BOMs, and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates
- Identify materials, hardware, subcontracted processes, and sourcing requirements
- Obtain vendor and subcontractor pricing aligned with project specifications
- Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Planning, and Purchasing to determine best manufacturing methods
- Support contract review and project handoff upon award
- Track quote activity, maintain quote logs, and support win/loss analysis
- Analyze job cost results to evaluate estimate accuracy and identify improvement opportunities
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in machining, fabrication, aerospace or job-shop environment
- Familiarity with 3/4/5 axis CNC machining, manual machining, fixturing and assembly processes
- Five plus years estimating, or job costing experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, RFQs, POs, BOMs, and quality requirements
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and estimating/programming/scheduling software
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities
