We're looking for a Senior Pharmacy Assistant who is confident, detail-oriented, and takes pride in delivering outstanding patient care while helping our pharmacy operate efficiently every day.
What You'll Be Doing
- Processing prescriptions accurately and efficiently
- Preparing and dispensing medications under pharmacist supervision
- Providing exceptional customer service at prescription drop-off and pick-up
- Third-party billing and prescription adjudication
- Building and maintaining compliance/blister packs
- Managing inventory, ordering, receiving, and merchandising
- Maintaining an organized and efficient dispensary
- Supporting pharmacists in delivering personalized patient care
- Assisting with day-to-day pharmacy operations and workflow
What We're Looking ForMandatory Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of recent Canadian community pharmacy experience
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience using Kroll pharmacy software
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
Please note: This is a senior position. To respect everyone's time, only applicants who meet both of the mandatory experience requirements (Canadian community pharmacy experience and Kroll experience) will be considered.
