Full-Time Farm Labourer
Location: Kindersley, Saskatchewan
Position Type: Full-Time, Year-Round
Wage: Competitive and based on experience
Hours: 80+ hours per week during busy seasons (Sundays always off)
Rosana Farms is a progressive, family-owned grain farming operation located near Kindersley, Saskatchewan. We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team for full-time, year-round employment.
We operate in a fast-paced environment and are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works well with others, and is eager to contribute to a successful farming operation.
Responsibilities
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Trucking grain
- Perform maintenance, cleaning and repairs on farm equipment
- General yard and facility maintenance
- Assisting with seeding, spraying, harvest, and other seasonal farm activities
Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- A valid driver's licence(preference will be given to applicants holding a Class 1A licence)
- Mechanical experience and farm machinery familiarity is required (please indicate years of experience on resume)
- Physically capable of heavy lifting and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Willing to work long hours in peak seasons
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills
