Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse Manager to lead and oversee nursing operations and assisting 2 family physicians within our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will possess extensive clinic experience and demonstrate strong leadership in managing the clinic and the clinic staff. This role involves coordinating patient care, ensuring compliance with medical standards, and fostering a collaborative environment to deliver exceptional healthcare services across various settings, including acute/cronic care, diabetes care, and senior care. The Clinical Nurse Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining high-quality patient outcomes while supporting staff development and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise clinic staff, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and standards.
- Oversee daily operations of the clinic operations, including patient care delivery, case management etc.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans for diverse patient populations, including pediatrics, seniors, and patients with diabetes, hypertention, dementia or pain management needs.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and documentation requirements using electronic health record systems (We use Oscar)
- Facilitate staff training, performance evaluations, and professional development initiatives to maintain a high level of clinical expertise.
- Manage patient flow, consulation planning, and communication with doctors and families to promote optimal health outcomes.
- Implement quality improvement processes to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Assist in budgeting, resource allocation, and operational planning for the clinic department.
Experience
- Proven clinic experience with a strong background in acute and chronic care settings.
- Demonstrated team management and supervising experience within healthcare environments.
- Extensive knowledge of medical terminology, phlebotomy procedures, pap smears and medication administration protocols.
- Experience working with diverse patient populations including assisted living residents, home care patients, pediatric patients, and those requiring senior or diabetes and dementia care.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems such asOscar is preferred.
- Prior experience in clinic setting is advantageous.

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
