- Must hold a general General License with the CMRAO
- 2 years of condo management experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Proven problem-solving abilities and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with your own insured vehicle for local travel
- Ability to manage a range of responsibilities and expectations
What's the job?
As the Condominium Corporation Manager, you're the essential bridge between condo owners, the board of directors, and our client. Your responsibilities will include:
- This is a role requiring the person to be based in Windsor, Ontario, or the surrounding Windsor-Essex region
- Facilitating monthly board meetings and taking minutes
- Presenting financials in a clear and concise manner
- Managing resident concerns and complaints effectively
- Implementing and overseeing decisions made by the board of directors
- Coordinating maintenance issues and managing the RFP process for quotations
- Regular 8-hour shifts and occasional evening meetings as required (virtually or in-person) with your assigned condo boards may be required.
- Must have own vehicle
