We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Sales Representative to join our team.
This is not an entry-level position.
This is not an internship.
This is not a role for someone who is new to sales.
We are looking for a professional closer who understands sales psychology, objection handling, relationship building, and consultative selling at a high level.
You will be speaking with warm leads who have already booked appointments into your calendar. Your responsibility is to build trust, understand the creator's goals, present solutions, and close business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Conducting video sales calls with warm inbound leads
- Understanding creator goals, challenges, and opportunities
- Presenting Wovvo products and services
- Following established sales processes and frameworks
- Managing follow-up conversations and pipeline activity
- Maintaining accurate CRM records
- Consistently improving sales performance and conversion rates
- Working closely with management to optimize sales outcomes
Requirements
- Proven sales experience with a strong track record of closing
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong understanding of the creator economy, UGC industry, influencer marketing, branding, and digital marketing
- Ability to confidently lead conversations and control a sales process
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Strong work ethic and accountability
- Professional camera, microphone, and reliable internet connection
Performance Expectations
- Minimum 30 hours per week
- Minimum 5 working days per week
- Consistent attendance and professionalism
- Ability to maintain a minimum 30% close rate goal during the first phase of employment
- Active participation in coaching and performance reviews
Training
Training is approximately 10-15 hours and is unpaid.
Applicants should be prepared to invest the time necessary to learn our systems, products, and sales process before beginning live sales conversations.
