We’re looking for a dependable Office Assistant to join our financial office. This part-time role is ideal for someone who works well independently, communicates clearly, and keeps things organized without needing to be micromanaged.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage email correspondence and scheduling
- confirm appointments, calender events
- Keep the calendar organized and appointments on track
- Prepare, edit, and format documents using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and paper
- Support day-to-day administrative operations
What You Bring:
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Clear and professional communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Ability to manage your time and workload independently
- Prior office or administrative experience
Financial industry experience not required—training provided.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing calls.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records within the office.
- Assist with confirming scheduling appointments and managing calendars for office.
- Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Experience
- Previous experience in an office administration role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
- Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management is essential.
- Proficiency in using standard office equipment and software applications is necessary.
