Rydel Roofing is looking for Junior Sales Representatives (Setter Door-to-Door). This role is for driven individuals who want to learn door-to-door marketing or leave a sales role with limited growth.

Compensation:
- This is an uncapped commissions role based on leads+appointments set, or leads+appointments set+revenue generated (your choice).
- Setters Y1 OTE 40k-60k, top setters will be promoted to closers
- Closers Y1 OTE 70k-100k
