You will be an integral part of the business, acting as a trusted administrator who connects our small team and clients. By working with the owner, optimizing our workflows, managing vital operational data, your work will directly impact our company’s growth and daily success.
- Manage office communications
- Answering incoming calls and routing calls, emails, and physical mail. Handling customer queries.
- Greet incoming visitors Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area.
- Maintain digital filing systems to ensure documents are secure and easily accessible. Filing & photocopying fill in Certificates and calibration labels.
- Perform accurate data entry into company databases, spreadsheets.
- Order office supplies and parts inventory proactively while monitoring inventory levels
- Shipping contact couriers, pack, and label shipments.
- Record Keeping & DocumentationFill in Work orders.
- Maintain filing systems for digital and paper documents.
- Performing data entry into internal database.
Pay: $15.00-$19.00 per hour
