Our dispatcher is a professional who is the 1st point of contact with our customers. The dispatcher ensures that everything runs smoothly by coordinating scheduled times for our customers and our technicians.

· Geographic knowledge of Ontario with skills in reading and interpreting maps (beneficial)
· Must possess good verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers
· Ability to follow oral and written instructions
· Ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously
· Working knowledge of Windows applications, Windows operating system, Google Calendar, internet and email
Experience:
· Dispatching: 1 year (preferred)
· Customer Service (preferred)

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
