We're looking for a dependable and energetic Part-Time Line Cook to join our kitchen team on Friday and Saturday evenings.

The Role
As a Line Cook, you’ll work with our kitchen team to prepare and plate dishes quickly, consistently, and with attention to detail. This role is perfect for an experienced cook who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants steady weekend hours.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare, cook, and plate menu items during dinner service (approximately 6:00 PM–10:00 PM) and late-night service (10:00 PM until 1 AM).
- Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and portion sizes.
- Complete daily prep work and follow opening and closing kitchen checklists.
- Work closely with the Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth, efficient service.
- Keep your workstation clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout each shift.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Line Cook (restaurant or high-volume kitchen experience preferred).
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering quality work.
- Availability every Friday and Saturday evening until approximately 1:00–1:30 AM.
- Experience with Latin cuisine is an asset, but not required—we're happy to train the right candidate.
Compensation
- Hourly Pay: $16 – $18/hour Based on experience.
- Tips: Share of tip pool
