Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals, focusing on procurement, manufacturing, demand planning, and logistics optimization.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL to analyze supply chain data, identify trends, and inform strategic decision-making.
- Lead process improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce waste across supply chain functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement SAP ERP systems and other ERP platforms to streamline procurement, inventory management (MRP), and demand forecasting processes.
- Drive procurement excellence by overseeing purchasing activities, supplier negotiations, and supplier performance evaluations to ensure cost-effective sourcing.
- Optimize manufacturing operations through demand planning accuracy, inventory management, and production scheduling using SAP modules and MRP systems.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain performance; develop dashboards for real-time insights and reporting.
- Promote a culture of innovation by continuously evaluating new technologies and industry best practices to improve overall supply chain agility and resilience.
Experience
- Proven experience in supply chain management or strategy roles within manufacturing or logistics environments.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI; experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP ERP systems, including modules related to procurement (SAP MM), manufacturing (SAP PP), and demand planning.
- Demonstrated success in process improvement initiatives utilizing Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with MRP systems, demand planning techniques, and ERP integration strategies to optimize supply chain workflows.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams on complex projects that drive operational efficiencies.
- Excellent analytical skills combined with a strategic mindset to translate data insights into actionable plans.
