Overview
Dynamo Drywall is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in developing and executing engaging digital content across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media management tools, and graphic design software. Duties
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube
- Create compelling visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to align with brand guidelines.
- Manage social media scheduling using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer (application), ensuring consistent posting schedules.
- Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve content discoverability and increase organic reach.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using Google Analytics to inform future campaigns.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to promote products through targeted social media campaigns and Facebook Advertising.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to foster community growth.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media algorithms, and platform features to continuously refine strategies.
- Develop monthly content calendars.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
- Experience with social media management tools.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online advertising strategies including Facebook Advertising.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in content creation.
- Ability to analyze data insights to optimize campaigns effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar software
- Ability to work independently.
- Construction industry experience is an asset but not required.
