Montreal Area | $85,000 - $100,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Our client, a well-established multi-unit operator with aggressive growth plans, is seeking a Retail Construction Project Manager to oversee store construction and renovation projects across Canada.
Requirements
✔ 3 to 5 years of retail construction project management experience
✔ Fluent in French and English
✔ Experience managing retail construction projects from planning through completion
✔ Experience working with contractors, architects, consultants, landlords, and vendors
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities
Manage construction and renovation projects
Control schedules, budgets, and project quality
Lead contractor tendering and vendor coordination
Conduct site visits and oversee project execution
Ensure compliance with permits, building codes, and company standards
Additional Information
Montreal Area office (on-site)
Travel to project sites anywhere in Canada, as needed
Valid driver's license required
Compensation
$85,000 - $100,000 plus bonus and comprehensive benefits.
