Nurse Injector — Medical Aesthetics Clinic
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and clinically skilled Nurse Injector to join our medical aesthetics team. The successful candidate will demonstrate advanced proficiency in injectable treatments, a patient-centered approach to care, and a commitment to delivering safe, evidence-based aesthetic outcomes. This role requires sound clinical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to operate within a structured, physician-led environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer a full range of injectable treatments including neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport), hyaluronic acid fillers, Sculptra, Profhilo, and biostimulatory agents, adhering to established safety protocols and clinical guidelines.
- Conduct comprehensive pre-treatment consultations and patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans aligned with aesthetic goals and medical history.
- Perform follow-up evaluations to monitor outcomes, manage complications, and ensure patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the supervising physician and multidisciplinary clinical team to coordinate patient care and escalate concerns appropriately.
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all patient records, consent forms, treatment notes, and follow-up data in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment protocols, realistic outcome expectations, and long-term treatment planning.
- Ensure strict compliance with all clinical safety standards, infection control protocols, and relevant health regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Formal training and demonstrated experience in aesthetic injectables is required; candidates currently working under physician supervision are eligible to apply.
- Proficiency with neurotoxins and dermal fillers is essential; experience with advanced products such as Sculptra, Profhilo, or collagen stimulators is strongly preferred.
- Experience with adjunct aesthetic procedures including PRP therapy and laser treatments is an asset.
- Strong patient assessment skills with the ability to recognize contraindications and manage adverse events.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across a diverse patient base.
