About the Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Associate to join our fast-paced and growing accounting team.
- Perform high-volume accounts payable processing for both Canadian and U.S. transactions within the All-Connect division.
- Match and enter carrier A/P invoices daily into the company’s logistics software platform.
- Process high-volume batch cheque runs and EFT payments twice monthly.
- Work collaboratively with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing in accordance with established schedules.
- Prepare and post monthly A/P journal entries and month-end accruals.
- Complete daily and month-end bank reconciliations.
- Prepare requested A/P reports as required.
- Communicate with carriers to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications & Experience
- Post-secondary education in Accounting or Finance.
- 2–3 years of related Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Experience with multi-platform accounting systems; Accpac/Sage experience is considered an asset.
- Prior experience in the transportation or logistics sector is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $48,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
