Graduated Supports is grounded in person-centered values and philosophy, fostering environments that enhance the spirit, mind, and body of individuals with developmental disabilities. Graduated Supports provides 24-hour care to adults and seniors with developmental and physical disabilities.
Graduated Supports is comprised of four Homes. Each residence is licensed to accommodate up to six individuals.
Education Requirements: Health Care Aide certification is required. Transitional practice permits will not be accepted
Pay: $24.61-$28.80 per hour
