Bakery Supervisor (Full-Time)
Locations: Surrey, BC & Burnaby, BC
Our Canadian QSR bakery brand is hiring two full-time Bakery Supervisors to support our Surrey and Burnaby locations.
As a Bakery Supervisor, you will lead by example on the floor—delivering outstanding guest service, supporting and training team members, maintaining corporate standards, and ensuring our world-famous cinnamon rolls and fresh beverage offerings are prepared and presented to brand expectations.
This position reports directly to the BC Field Service Manager and offers clear opportunities for growth, including potential advancement into a Bakery Manager role.
What You’ll Do
- Lead shifts and support daily bakery operations
- Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues professionally
- Train, coach, and support team members
- Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards
- Support opening/closing duties and daily production
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a QSR, bakery, café, or food service leadership role
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passion for training, quality, and guest experience
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Food Safe certification required prior to start date (renewal costs covered by employer)
