Consentia Pacific provides document and data management services, including data entry, transcription services, imaging, and document management software solutions. We are seeking a Team Lead to provide day-to-day leadership within our production environment while actively participating in production activities.
The Team Lead is responsible for coordinating workflow, supporting and developing team members, maintaining quality and productivity standards, and ensuring projects are completed in accordance with client specifications. This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring the successful candidate to balance production responsibilities with coaching, communication, and operational support.
Due to the confidential nature of our work, successful candidates will be required to pass a background security check.
Responsibilities and Duties
Some of the duties are as follows:
- Lead by example while actively participating in daily production activities, including document preparation, scanning, quality assurance, indexing, microfilm scanning, and data entry.
- Coordinate daily workflow and assign work to ensure production targets and client deadlines are achieved.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and training to team members while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Monitor work quality and productivity, ensuring client specifications and company procedures are consistently followed.
- Assist in troubleshooting production issues and escalating concerns where appropriate.
- Support onboarding and cross-training initiatives to build flexibility across the production team.
- Act as the first point of contact for production-related questions from team members.
- Maintain accurate production records and communicate project status to management.
- Promote a safe, organized, and professional work environment.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively balance production responsibilities with team leadership.
Ideal candidates will possess the following skills:
- Previous experience in document imaging, records management, or a similar production environment.
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

- High attention to detail while maintaining productivity.

Due to the nature of the documents handled, excellent reading and comprehension skills in English are required.
Pay: $18.25-$19.50 per hour
