About the opportunity:
The Concur Travel & Expense Administrator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company’s Concur Travel and Expense platform and managing the corporate credit card program. This role ensures that all employee expense submissions comply with the organization’s Travel and Expense Policy.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Sole Administrator of corporate credit cards responsible to issue and/or cancel credit cards, define card limits, address delinquent charges, resolve misapplied discrepancy payments, reconciles finance and/or personal charges ensuring a timely repayment to stakeholder; act as liaison between cardholders and the Bank whenever needed.
Manages and conducts employee expense report and claim submission audits to ensure compliance with the company Travel and Expense Policy; monitor and follow up with delinquent cardholders on expense submission and/or interest payment.
Monitor daily SAE file uploads to Accounts Payable to ensure payment and reimbursements are processed correctly with minimum financial impact. Identify and escalate system errors to SAP Finance, IT and Vendor Master teams. Troubleshoot, identify and resolve technical issues with the Concur Portal working collaboratively with Concur Support, CWT, US-HR and IT teams in a timely fashion.
Support Finance Dpt. with month end accrual reports and reclassification of journal entries. Identify and explain credit card credits usage and track unused travel credits. Prepare internal cost analysis reporting from Cognos, prepare ad hoc reports for quarterly and annual audits to Lactalis Canada and Lactalis Group stakeholders.
Participate and collaborate with cross-functional teams - including HR, Vendor Master, SAP Finance and CWT - to manage and implement system updates, resolve data integration issues and ensure accurate employee and vendor information.
Ensure Concur system is at any time set-up in accordance with Group requirements. Maintain, update and communicate internal policies to employees related to Concur and credit card program; responsible for policing practices and responding to inquiries and issues from stakeholders
Acting as a central point of contact, the administrator collaborates and liaises with several internal and external stakeholders with the aim of providing seamless experience to users, minimizing company costs and increasing spent efficiency. He/She is also the contact person for the system provider and the credit card program vendor and is responsible to verify compliance to the agreed contracts. - University degree (or equivalent level of work experience)
- Experience with Concur Platform; and experience with corporate credit card administration or similar form of administration an asset
- Experience with Excel and SAP preferred and credit card platforms, an asset
- Team player who brings a positive attitude and approach to a fast paced and ever-changing environment
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, work independently, problem solve, set and achieve priorities and goals
- Strong written and verbal communication competencies complemented by strong interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail with excellent analytical skills

Compensation:
As part of our commitment to fairness, trust, and transparency and our ambition to be an Employer of Choice, the base salary range for this position is $55 700 – $69 600+.
Please note: Along with a comprehensive Total Rewards package, your actual base salary will be fair, competitive, and be based on your skills, experience, and qualifications.
