Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Router Operator to join our manufacturing team in Canada. This role is vital in ensuring the precision and efficiency of our insulation and refrigeration product fabrication, supporting our mission to deliver durable and reliable solutions.
Responsibilities
Operate CNC routing machines with precision to produce high-quality insulation components.
- Set up and calibrate CNC equipment according to specifications.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Perform routine maintenance on AXYZ CNC machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor production processes for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve processes.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Document production activities accurately.
Proven experience operating CNC routing machines or similar equipment.
- Strong understanding of blueprints, technical drawings, and VCARVE - CAD/CAM software.
- Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of CNC programming.
- Ability to read measuring tools such as calipers.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills.
- Forklift operation certification is a plus.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial settings preferred.
