Reponsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects from Award to Installation
- Ability to monitor production and ensure millwork and fixtures are produced to meet quality standards and customer deadlines
- Identify inputs, issue purchase orders and monitor receiving dates to meet required production timelines
- Understand current finished good inventory levels
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, production team, vendors and sub-contractors
- Liaising with on-site personnel, clients, trades, and shippers to ensure successful execution to plan
- All other project related work as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong organisational and computer skills in particular, Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to communicate, oral and written, professionally and effectively
- Enjoy providing quality customer service, have a professional and positive demeanour
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and time management skills
- Experience in the millwork/fixture industry is an asset
- Must have reliable transportation
