We are hiring on behalf of a leading global automotive manufacturer known for its innovation, quality, and advanced technology. Located in Schomberg, Ontario.
We are seeking full-time Production Associates to join their growing team. In this role, you will be essential to the production process; assembling parts, operating machinery, and ensuring quality standards are met, all while maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.

Duties
- Perform heavy lifting and material handling in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment
- Operate production line machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Assemble automotive parts and components following standardized procedures
- Perform visual inspections and basic quality control checks
- Follow all health and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly production targets
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety issues promptly
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment
Skills
- Previous experience in manufacturing, automotive production, general labour or warehouse environments is an asset
- Ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment with tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately
- Strong team player with good communication skills
- Willingness to work rotating or night shifts, including overtime and weekends when required
Shifts Available
- Rotating shifts (2 weeks morning [6:30 AM - 3:00 PM], 2 weeks afternoon [2:30 PM - 11:00 PM])
- Permanent night shift (10:30 PM - 7:00 AM)
- Overtime may be required based on production demands
Additional Requirement
- This location is not transit accessible. Candidates must have their own reliable vehicle for commuting to and from the worksite.
