Parker Huggett is partnering with a well-established General Contractor to identify a Project Manager who thrives on variety, responsibility, and delivering meaningful projects across Southern and Central Ontario. With new project awards in the pipeline, our client is actively recruiting for multiple ICI projects in the GTA.
This opportunity offers exposure to a diverse portfolio of work, including:
Complex interiors
Manufacturing and industrial facilities
Institutional renovations, additions, and new builds
Ground-up commercial and ICI developments
Multi-family, seniors’ housing, and low-income housing
About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
Project Management experience with a General Contractor or Construction Management firm
Strong tenure in previous roles with a history of full-cycle project delivery
Proven success delivering ICI interiors, renovations, additions, new-build projects, and/or residential developments
Strong budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and client-facing skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining quality, schedule, and profitability
A collaborative leadership style and a proactive approach to problem-solving
About the Job
This is a full-time role based in the office in NE Toronto with the expectation for weekly site visits. The salary range is $130,000 to $165,000 + vehicle allowance, bonus potential, RRSP matching and medical benefits.
