This could be a summer-only or a year-round position, depending on the applicant's preference
Responsibilities:
- Provide ABA-based therapy services to children age 2-18.
- Conduct individual and group sessions.
- Collaborate with other professionals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client notes.
- Collect session data to evaluate program progress.
- Stay current with research and best practices in the field of ABA.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience as an ABA therapist. (Preferred)
- Experience working with children and adolescents is highly desired. (Preferred)
- Experience with problem behaviours, specifically aggression is highly desired. (Preferred)
- Strong knowledge of applied behaviour analysis. (Preferred)
- Familiarity with special education programs and services. (Preferred)
- Proficient in data collection and analysis for treatment evaluation. (Preferred)

-Ability to obtain a clean vulnerable sector check.
This position may require travelling to client homes or other locations so reliable transportation is required. Locations vary from through out the Lanark and Arnprior areas. Travel time is compensated.
This position may require after-school hours so some availability up to 6pm is required.
