What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform Installation & Repair (I&R) of Fiber and copper services for residential customers
- Troubleshoot internet, phone, and data connectivity issues
- Complete fiber splicing and terminations
- Work safely at heights (up to 28 ft) using ladders
- Maintain professional, customer-focused service standards
- Follow company safety protocols and quality guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in fiber and copper installation/repair
- Strong skills in fiber splicing and copper troubleshooting
- GPON experience is a MUST
- Basic understanding of networking and low-voltage systems
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong English communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience with Bell Canada, Bell MTS, or Rogers is considered a strong asset
