Child Therapy Halton is a busy and fast growing Psychotherapy practice in Halton Region, providing therapy to children, youth, teens, and young adults. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality therapy services to children, youth, and their families.
We are looking for a Child & Adolescent Psychotherapist (Registered Psychotherapist or Registered Social Worker) to join our Milton location team.
We offer a generous "fee-split" associate model for compensation, and plenty of opportunity for growth.
- Candidate MUST be a Registered Psychotherapist (CPRO), Registered Social Worker (OCSWSSW), or Psychologist (CPO) AND have a valid license to practice the restricted act of Psychotherapy in the province of Ontario.
- Candidate MUST have a Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent education and experience.
- Candidate MUST have training and experience in Psychotherapy.
- Candidate MUST have specialized training and experience providing Psychotherapy to children and teens.
- Candidate will have good communication skills.
- Candidate MUST be able to provide in person sessions at our office in Milton, Ontario.
- Candidate MUST be able to provide a minimum of 10-15 bookable afternoon/ evening/ and/ or weekend hours per week.
We are currently looking for candidates with expertise, experience, and training in one or more of the following areas:
- Child & Adolescent Psychotherapy/ Counselling (ages 7+)
- Eating Disorders
- Trauma (and/or EMDR)
- Pediatric Psychotherapy (working with children ages 3-7 years old)
- Play Therapy (Registered Play Therapist, or Play Therapist Intern - in training)
- Family Therapy & Parent Coaching
- LGBTQIA+ issues
- Attachment work/ Theraplay
- Pediatric, Child, Teen - Anxiety/ OCD (including ERP)

Pay: $65.00-$100.00 per hour
