Role Overview
As a Customer Liaison, you'll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice our customers count on. Working across multiple computer systems and custom software, you'll connect with retail and law enforcement clients by phone and email, solving problems and delivering the kind of service that builds lasting trust. It's a fast-paced role that rewards curiosity, adaptability, and a genuine desire to help people.
Schedule
● Training/Nesting: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM (approximately 3–4 months)
● Post-training: schedule may vary based on business needs. Available shifts include 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, and 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
What You'll Do
● Maintain professionalism and build positive rapport with every customer
● Use multiple computer systems and custom software applications
● Communicate effectively via phone and email
● Manage inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate solutions
● Answer product, pricing, and availability questions knowledgeably
● Process shipments using FedEx and UPS tools
● Proactively engage with customers and suggest best practices
● Investigate and resolve complaints, prepare reports, and make recommendations
● Stay current on product knowledge and company policies
What You Need to Succeed
● Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor
● Ability to learn new and proprietary software quickly
● Adaptability in a rapidly changing environment with new products and services
● Strong teamwork skills and the ability to thrive under pressure
● Flexibility to work overtime as needed, including evenings and Saturdays
