Pacific Tutorials is seeking a dedicated Math and Physics Tutor to provide high-quality academic support to high school students. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of both subjects and the ability to integrate conceptual understanding with practical problem-solving. The tutor will create engaging and personalized lessons that support success in school coursework, standardized exams, and overall academic confidence.
Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions in Mathematics and Physics, focusing on curriculum-aligned content and test preparation.
Develop lesson plans that address student learning goals in both subjects.
Explain core mathematical and physical concepts in clear, relatable ways.
Provide guidance in areas such as algebra, calculus, mechanics, electricity, and motion.
Assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
Incorporate technology, simulations, and problem-solving tools to enrich learning.
Encourage students to develop critical thinking and analytical skills.
Strong academic background in Mathematics and Physics (Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred).
Prior tutoring or teaching experience at the high school or introductory university level.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage students through interactive and structured lessons.
Commitment to supporting students’ academic growth and confidence.
