Wanting to work at one of the most beautiful places on earth ? Brewster Lake Louise stables is looking for a full time, enthusiastic and organized person for our Horseback Riding Reservations/ Booking Sales desk in Lake Louise.
Duties include:
- Answering phones/ emails and taking Bookings on Computerized Reservation System
- Organizing customers for their horse ride including signing indemnity waivers
- Working on daily riding schedule and horse inventory
- Providing excellent customer service both written and verbal
- Accurate cash handling ability
- Working as part of a team while also being a self starter
- Answering customers questions about company rides and Lake Louise area
- Social Media Postings as requested
Requirements:
- Previous Sales and Customer Service Experience in Hospitality or Travel Industry an asset
- Knowledge of horses is a bonus
- Strong communication skills, be highly organized and be able to work in a fast paced environment
- High level of attention to detail
- A positive and friendly attitude
- Computer knowledge / skills
- Current References
- Be able to work flexible hours and weekends
- Valid Work permit until October 15, 2023 as a minimum
