Canadian Adventure Charters Inc. (CAC), together with RedHawk Survival Training Institute Inc., is assembling one of the world's most accomplished teams of expedition health, wellness, resilience, and human performance professionals.
As we advance into Phase I of our Remote Wilderness, Marine, Arctic and Antarctic Survival Training, Expedition and Adventure Program, we are seeking internationally recognized experts who are passionate about transforming how individuals prepare, perform, and thrive in some of the most extreme environments on Earth.
Our organization is deliberately building a world-class expedition training ecosystem that integrates scientific research, health and wellness, leadership development, remote survival, environmental stewardship, and luxury expedition experiences.
Beginning in Newfoundland during 2026, our expedition readiness program will expand throughout Hudson Bay and Baffin Island (2027-2028) before launching our flagship Polar Class Icebreaker Research Expedition Ship and global expedition fleet in 2029.

Your Role
Successful candidates will become part of an elite multidisciplinary expedition team responsible for delivering immersive experiences for:
- Fortune 500 executive leadership teams
- Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) guests, clients and TerraMaris club members
- Corporate leadership retreats
- International expedition teams
- Scientific researchers
- Documentary film crews
- Government organizations
- Military and emergency response organizations
- Adventure travellers and expedition members
Responsibilities include:
- Deliver world-class keynote presentations and educational seminars.
- Lead transformational health, wellness and resilience workshops.
- Coach small executive groups and expedition teams.
- Deliver one-on-one performance coaching.
- Support remote wilderness and polar expeditions.
- Develop specialized curriculum and training programs.
- Integrate modern science with evidence-based wellness practices.
- Collaborate with expedition leaders, scientists and medical teams.
- Promote physical, mental and emotional resilience in extreme environments.
Remote Expedition Base Camp Development
A unique component of this role includes participating in the development and delivery of one of North America's most comprehensive remote expedition training programs.
Professionals will help educate participants on how to:
- Design remote expedition camps
- Construct and establish complete field operations
- Operate remote research facilities
- Manage expedition logistics
- Support scientific field teams
- Dismantle and redeploy expedition infrastructure
- Transport expedition equipment
- Operate in Arctic and Antarctic environments
- Prepare for emergency response operations
- Support commercial expedition activities
Training environments include:
- Remote wilderness
- Mountain and alpine terrain
- Marine environments
- Coastal operations
- Arctic tundra
- Ice environments
- Polar regions
- Scientific research camps
Qualifications
Candidates should possess:
- Professional certification within their field of expertise.
- Current licensing to practice where applicable.
- Eligibility to practice within Canada.
- Ability to support international expedition operations.
- Extensive experience delivering executive-level workshops and keynote presentations.
- Experience working with corporate leadership teams, Fortune 500 organizations, UHNW clients, government agencies, or international organizations.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work within multidisciplinary expedition teams.
- Passion for adventure, exploration, education and continuous learning.
International certifications and professional memberships are considered a significant asset.

Preference will be given to professionals with experience in:
