Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a Team Lead who wants to be part of it.
What the Role Is Really About
As a Team Lead, you set the tone for your day and your client focus shows in everything you touch. You make sure every home gets a quality clean, you keep the day organized, and you communicate warmly and professionally with clients and office staff alike – the kind of care that turns a one-time job into a long-lasting relationship.
You work in a team of two, and teamwork is the heart of it: you and your teammate look out for each other, share the load, and get more done together than either of you would alone. We put real trust in our teams to run their own day – and you’ll drive the company vehicle between homes to do it (a valid driver’s licence is required).
Most of all, we’re looking for someone who shows up all-in: fully committed to the clients and to the teammate beside them, and proud to do excellent work every time.
