CNC Horizontal Boring Mill Operator
Location: Windsor
Compensation: $25 to $30hr - wages based on experience
Schedule: Day Shift
Our client has an immediate opening for a skilled CNC Horizontal Boring Mill Operator to join their team. This position is ideal for an experienced machinist who is comfortable working with complex weldments and precision components in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Candidates for this position are expected to have proven experience in the following areas:
- Reading and interpreting blueprints
- Machining weldments, plate work, horizontal boring, and small detailed components
- Performing multi-setup weldments
- 2D machining only
- Operating Fanuc and/or Heidenhain controllers
- Reading and writing G-code
- Safe and efficient use of overhead cranes
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a CNC Horizontal Boring Mill Operator or in a closely related role
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently on day shift with minimal supervision

Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and job-related factors. Where applicable, the range includes base salary and any non-discretionary commissions or incentive pay.
