Warehouse / Drying Equipment Technician / Driver– Job Description
Position Title: Warehouse Person / Delivery Driver – Drying Equipment
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Person to assist with the handling, maintenance, delivery, and organization of drying and restoration equipment. This role includes warehouse duties, stock management, equipment cleaning and preparation, and delivering materials and equipment to job sites in a safe and professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize drying and restoration equipment in the warehouse
- Maintain inventory and ensure stock levels are accurate and organized
- Clean, inspect, and prepare equipment for upcoming jobs
- Deliver equipment and materials to job sites safely and on time
- Pick up equipment from completed job sites
- Assist technicians with loading materials and supplies for daily operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and storage areas
- Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance on drying equipment
- Follow company safety procedures and workplace policies
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials (50+ lbs)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in restoration, construction, or drying equipment handling is preferred but not required
