Do you enjoy working independently, staying organized, and preparing high-quality food in a production-style kitchen? We are looking for a Production Cook to join our team and support the daily operations of BCP's Central Kitchen.
This role focuses on the large-scale preparation of sandwiches, baked goods, grab-and-go items, and other café products. If you are looking for flexibility and enjoy working behind the scenes, we would love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Prepare sandwiches, wraps, salads, baked goods, and other café items in bulk
- Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistent quality
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Manage inventory and assist with stock rotation
- Organize and label products for distribution to Sudden Sally Café locations
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and efficient
What We're Looking For
- Previous kitchen, bakery, or food production experience is an asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Understanding of food safety standards
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
