Job Overview
We are seeking a driven and bilingual Sales Associate to join our existing sales team, in setting up new appointments for the CEO. The ideal candidate will have a passion for B2B sales, strong relationship-building skills, setting up meetings and CRM follow up.
Fluency in English and French required, with excellent verbal communication skills.
In this role, you will engage new clients across Canada and USA, introducing our range of products, understand customer needs, providing information and setting up meetings.
Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Client Engagement
- Engage with potential customers through telemarketing and direct outreach to generate new leads.
- Conduct regular follow up with sales leads
- Perform online product presentations and introductory meetings to showcase our brand and solutions.
Sales Management
- Use of Microsoft Dynamics CRM to manage leads, customer relationships, and track sales progress.
Teamwork & Professionalism

- Work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, and supportive team.
- Maintain strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues.
Qualifications - Education
- Post-secondary education
- Business or Sales and Marketing (an asset, but not required).
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to gain introductions and influence decision-makers.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and strong general PC proficiency.
Skills
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and social media applications
