About the Opportunity
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established branded automotive dealership in Toronto, Ontario, seeking an experienced 310S Licensed Automotive Service Technician to join their growing service team.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, engine, transmission, steering, suspension, and brake system concerns.
- Complete preventive maintenance services, including oil changes, fluid services, tire rotations, and manufacturer-recommended maintenance.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to accurately identify and resolve vehicle issues.
- Perform warranty and customer-pay repairs according to manufacturer standards.
- Conduct Ontario safety inspections and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Maintain accurate repair orders and document inspection findings.
- Collaborate with Service Advisors and team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow dealership policies, manufacturer procedures, and workplace safety standards.
- Meet productivity and quality standards while maintaining attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Valid Ontario 310S Automotive Service Technician Licence.
- Previous experience working in a dealership environment is strongly preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience servicing domestic and import vehicles.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using dealership diagnostic software and OEM scan tools.
- Strong electrical and drivability diagnostic experience.
- Experience with suspension, steering, brake, engine, and transmission repairs.
- Hybrid and electric vehicle experience is considered an asset.
- Ability to mentor apprentices and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
