Inaya Care is a virtual psychotherapy clinic serving South Asian individuals and families across Ontario. We exist to close a real gap — culturally attuned, high-quality psychotherapy for a community that has historically been underserved and stigma-bound when it comes to mental health.
We are not a therapist directory. We are a practice with a mission, a culture, and a growing client pipeline. We handle acquisition, intake, scheduling, and admin so that our clinicians can focus entirely on the clinical work.
The Opportunity
We are looking for Registered Psychotherapists (RP or RP Qualifying) who want to build a meaningful, sustainable caseload without building a private practice from scratch.
You will operate as an independent contractor under the Inaya Care umbrella. We bring you qualified, pre-screened clients. You provide the clinical care. It's that straightforward.
What you receive:

- 55% of all session fees collected — paid on a regular invoicing schedule
- Full administrative support: intake, scheduling, client communications
- PHIPA-compliant booking and records infrastructure (Jane App)
- A values-aligned practice culture that takes cultural competency seriously — not as a checkbox, but as a clinical standard
- Flexibility to set your own hours and availability within a virtual model
What we expect:
- A minimum sustainable caseload of 10–15 sessions per week
- Responsiveness to client communications within agreed timelines
- Timely, accurate clinical documentation
- Active registration in good standing with CRPO
- Valid professional liability insurance (mandatory — you carry your own)
- Your own active supervision arrangement if RP (Qualifying)
- Cultural fluency with South Asian communities — lived experience is considered a genuine clinical asset here
Who This Is For
You have the credentials. You have the clinical instincts. But you don't want to spend 10 hours a week on marketing, admin, and chasing clients. You want to do the work — with clients who actually need what you bring.
You understand, even if it's hard to articulate, why a South Asian man walking into therapy for the first time is a different kind of session. Why izzat, silence, and family loyalty aren't just cultural footnotes — they're the clinical material. You don't need to be trained on that. You've lived it.

Minimum Qualifications
- Registered Psychotherapist (RP or RP Qualifying) with CRPO
- Registration in good standing — no conditions, terms, or restrictions that would limit independent practice
- Active professional liability insurance
- Reliable high-speed internet and a private, confidential workspace for virtual sessions
- Availability to carry a minimum caseload of 10 sessions per week
Preferred:
- Lived experience with South Asian culture (Pakistani, Indian, Bangladeshi, Sri Lankan communities)
- Experience working with men, relationship issues, anxiety, identity, faith-based concerns, or intergenerational family dynamics
- Fluency in Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, Tamil, or Bengali (asset — not required)
