This isn’t just a "cashier" job—you’ll be the face of our business, helping local residents and small business owners with everything from international shipping and professional printing to secure mailbox services and document finishing.
Responsibilities
- Customer Excellence: Greet every customer with a smile and help them find the best shipping, printing, or packaging solutions for their needs.
- Shipping & Logistics: Expertly pack fragile items, process shipments via UPS and other carriers, and manage the high volume of "no-box, no-label" returns (Amazon, etc.).
- Print Services: Operate digital printers and finishing equipment (binding, laminating, cutting) to produce high-quality marketing materials for customers.
- Retail Operations: Accurately process transactions through the Point of Sale (POS) system, manage mailbox mail/packages, and maintain a clean, organized storefront.
- Business Growth: Suggest additional services (like mailbox rentals or shredding) that add value to the customer’s experience.

Skills & Qualifications
Retail Experience: You have a background in retail or customer service. You’re comfortable handling cash, using a POS system, and multitasking when the store gets busy.
- Fluent English: You are a confident communicator. Since we deal with complex shipping documents and specific customer instructions, being fluent in English (written and verbal) is essential.
- A "People Person": You’re genuinely friendly and enjoy helping people. You can turn a frustrated customer into a happy one just by being helpful and patient.
- Detail-Oriented: You double-check addresses and names. You understand that in shipping, the "little things" matter a lot.
- Tech-Comfortable: You don’t need to be an IT expert, but you’re comfortable using computers, scanning documents, and learning new software quickly.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
