Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator / Assembly Technician to join our signage manufacturing team. This role involves operating our CNC Metalworker and performing assembly tasks with precision and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge, experience with hand and power tools, and a strong understanding of the signage manufacturing processes. Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines accurately according to specifications and blueprints
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manufacturing instructions
- Perform assembly of signage and signage components using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment as needed
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Assist with warehouse tasks including material handling using forklifts when necessary
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in machining, manufacturing, or assembly roles preferred
- Ability to read technical drawings accurately
- Mechanical knowledge with familiarity in welding, assembly, and use of hand/power tools
- Warehouse experience including forklift operation is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience with warehouse or manufacturing environments is an asset

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
