We are seeking 2 hardworking Laborers to join our team. One position will be full-time, year around and one position will be full time seasonal (May - November). The ideal candidate will ensure a safe work environment, follow direction, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
Monthly Bonus $176 - 224 – Employee required to have perfect attendance and to have worked a minimum 160 hrs per calendar month. Bonus will be paid out quarterly - January, April, July, October
All employees must have transportation to the business, which is located just outside of Chatsworth, ON.
Daily start time is 8am.

Duties
- loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery as needed.
- Follow instructions from supervisor to complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Always adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Skills
- Strong work ethic.
- Basic to Advanced Carpentry skills. Work experience would be an asset but not required.
- Basic to Advanced Masonry skills. Work experience would be an asset but not required.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and machinery (will provide training)
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Attention to detail with a focus on safety practices.
- Ability to follow directions accurately and efficiently.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks as needed.
Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
