As the face of one of the city's most captivating evening experiences, you'll lead guests through the historic streets of downtown Halifax, sharing chilling legends, local folklore, and fascinating historical events at some of the city's most iconic landmarks.
From the shadows of Grand Parade and the mysterious "face in the window" of St. Paul's Anglican Church, to the haunted tales surrounding The Five Fishermen, The Press Gang Restaurant, and The Waverley Inn, you'll captivate audiences with stories that blend history and legend. Your route will also explore renowned destinations including Neptune Theatre, The Old Burying Ground, Alexander Keith's Brewery, and the Maritime Museum of the Atlantic, where Halifax's rich maritime history and ghostly folklore come together.
This role is perfect for outgoing, engaging individuals who enjoy public speaking, entertaining groups, and creating memorable experiences for visitors from around the world. Whether you're sharing spine-tingling ghost stories, historical facts, or local legends, you'll help guests discover a side of Halifax they won't soon forget.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead small groups (1–6 guests) to local landmarks, attractions, and scenic spots.
- Deliver engaging, informative, and entertaining narration throughout tours.
- Assist with tickets, reservations, and skip-the-line access.
- Ensure a safe, punctual, and memorable guest experience.

Position Details
- Job Types: Full-Time, Part-Time, Seasonal
- Pay: hourly + tips (bi-weekly pay)
- Schedule: This ghost walking tour runs every evening from 8:30pm to 10pm
- Location: In-person, local to your city
- Start Date: Immediate openings available
