Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Staff to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential settings, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French is a plus. Prior experience in cleaning, laundry, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided. Duties
- Perform residential cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and surface sanitization
- Manage laundry services such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Prepare and cook simple meals as needed, adhering to client preferences and safety standards
- Organize and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment for efficient workflow
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding their specific cleaning requirements and preferences
- Ensure all areas are cleaned to high standards of hygiene and organization
- Follow health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
Experience
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for all new hires
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus
- Basic knowledge of laundry procedures and cooking skills preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
- Good time management skills to ensure timely completion of cleaning schedules
- Demonstrated reliability and professionalism in previous roles related to cleaning or customer service

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour
