About the Opportunity
We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Gluer to join our team at Valle Foam in Brampton, ON Canada. In this role, you will apply liquid adhesive using spay guns or automated equipment to bond foam components.
Key Responsibilities
- Use handheld spray guns to apply water-based or solvent based glue to foam components.
- Precisely bond, laminate, and press foam pieces together according to production schedules, engineering drawings, and work orders.
- Perform basic daily maintenance on glue guns and equipment.
- Perform general housekeeping duties to support safety and quality standards.
- Follow all company safety policies, quality standards, and operating procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or assembly environment is a strong asset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defective foam products.
- Ability to work safely and effectively in a production environment.
