Christina Lake Cannabis Corp is a leading Canadian outdoor cannabis cultivator and processor.
Since 2020, we have operated a licenced cultivation, processing and research and development facility. CLC cultivates cannabis using strains specifically developed for outdoor cultivation, and countless centuries of combined experience have gone into fine-tuning the strains that we grow today.

We’re looking for Extraction Assistants to join our Processing team!
What You’ll Do
Extraction Assistants
The Extraction Assistant is responsible for operating equipment to extract cannabinoids and terpenes from cannabis biomass using approved methods (e.g. ethanol, hydrocarbon, or CO₂). This role ensures extractions are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with SOPs and Health Canada regulations.
Key Tasks:
- Operate extraction equipment and monitor batch parameters
- Prepare and load raw cannabis material
- Record data and maintain batch logs
- Clean and maintain equipment according to SOPs
- Follow all safety and compliance protocols
We’re Looking for Someone who:
- Enjoys physical, hands-on work
- Able to lift 50 lbs/22 kg, and stand for extended periods of time
- Appreciates working with plants and cares about quality
- Is reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
- Is an active listener and kind in all situations
- Is a team player who can follow directions and takes pride in their work
Work Environment & Schedule
- Able to work shifts (12 hours shifts - 7 days on and 7 days off - days and nights on rotation)
- Exposure to strong smells and PPE requirements
- Seasonal fluctuations in hours, workload, and tasks
We offer an hourly rate between $25 and $28 based on experience.
