We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Software Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will support business growth through lead generation, customer engagement, solution positioning, and sales pipeline management while working closely with technical and pre-sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities.
- Engage prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
- Understand customer business requirements and position appropriate software and digital solutions.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to coordinate product demonstrations, proposals, and client discussions.
- Maintain accurate lead and opportunity records within CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and commercial documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Participate in industry events, webinars, and networking initiatives to generate new leads.
- Follow up with prospects and contribute to effective sales pipeline management.
- Stay updated on software industry trends, SAP solutions, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in software sales, business development, inside sales, or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Confident and proactive approach when engaging with clients.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within enterprise software sales.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or exposure to SAP solutions and services is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of ERP, SaaS, cloud solutions, or IT services sales is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; MBA/BBA preferred.
- Experience with LinkedIn prospecting, lead generation, and outbound sales activities is a plus.
