**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep and functionality of our residential properties. As well as snow removal tasks during the winter.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, and planting
- Perform snow removal tasks such shoveling, snow blowing, and ice melt application
- Construct and repair structures using power and hand tools
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and fix equipment issues
- Maintain gardens by planting and weeding as needed
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in using power tools for construction and repair tasks
- Ability to work with a variety of hand tools for maintenance duties
- Knowledge of gardening practices to maintain outdoor spaces
- Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and repair equipment
This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the maintenance and improvement of our properties while utilizing a diverse set of skills in a dynamic work environment. Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
